In the follow up of the establishment of the Bioimaging Centre for Biomaterials and Regenerative Therapies at INEB we are launching, in collaboration with IBMC and IPATIMUP, a series of symposia in Applied Bioimaging.
The 1st edition of the Symposium will take place in September 20-21, under the topic - Bridging Development and Application.
The course was designed for those who have an interest in the application of bioimaging, especially in the field of biomaterials, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
Participation will be credited 1.5 credits according to the ECTS (European Credit Transfer System).
The symposia will have the duration of two days, preceded by a hands-on workshop on bioimaging (held on September 19). Lectures will take place in a very informal environment, and participants will be encouraged to bring questions that may contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of Bioimaging applied to Biomaterials and Regeneration through integrative approaches.
The European Science Foundation in the framework of the project REMEDIC will fund 8 Travel Awards (500 €) on a competitive basis to assist graduate students and post-docs to present their work at the symposium. For more details click here.
